Also known as Diaoyutai No 7, it was once the most expensive property in Beijing, with asking price of 300,000 yuan per square meter. But after one month the price fell to 130,000 yuan per square meter and stabilized around 110,000 yuan per square meter. The property, located in the heart of the capital, is close to many government ministries and next to Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, which houses visiting foreign dignitaries. An apartment at Heritage Estate will cost up to 40 million yuan.

Average floor area: 300-400 square meters
