BEIJING -- China's stocks closed mixed Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.73 percent, or 15.74 points, to close at 2,184.84.
The Shenzhen Component Index wavered in Thursday's trading to end the day in the negative territory, down 0.05 percent, or 4.68 points, to close at 9,509.49.
