IT: MSN to double investment

US Internet giant MSN will double its investment in terms of capital and
employees at its Chinese operation, according to Chuan Luo, head of MSN
China.
It will further develop its business model of partnering with
local firms over content and more than double the number of local partners from
9 to 20 by the end of this year.
