Some netizens have taken to calling the show the Chinese Game of Thrones.
Hangzhou used to be the capital of the Wuyue Kingdom, one of the 10 featured in the show. Its ruler's surname was Qian. Many attractions related to Wuyue culture, such as Qianwang Temple and the Liuhe Pagoda, have recently seen an influx of visitors.
