New power lines boost NEV cluster growth
Two newly built cable lines, Lilong AW17 and Liyue AW18, have recently come online in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, a move that is helping ease power constraints for high-tech enterprises and supporting the rapid growth of the city's new energy vehicle industry cluster.
Operated by State Grid Jinhua Power Supply Company, the two full-cable lines are providing stable and reliable power support for newly established high-tech enterprises in the Huxixi area, a key industrial zone in Jinhua, ensuring the smooth rollout of production and operations.
For instance, Jinhua Huaxin New Energy Die-Casting Co Ltd, a supplier of automotive components for Leapmotor, became the first enterprise in the area to benefit from the newly commissioned power lines.
The move is also expected to accelerate the development of the NEV industry and its broader supply chain, providing strong momentum for regional industrial upgrading and high-quality economic growth.
In the coming months, six additional power transmission lines are set to be built within the Huxixi Zero-Carbon Industrial Park.
