Xu Kunlin named new top official in Liaoning

Xu Kunlin has been named the new top official in Liaoning province, following a leadership change, Xinhua News Agency reported on Tuesday.

Xu Kunlin has been appointed as the secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and concurrently as a member and standing committee member of the provincial Party committee.

Comrade Hao Peng has been relieved of his positions as secretary, standing committee member, and member of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee.
