Special program marks science month debut

A special program marking China's first National Science Popularization Month will be broadcast Friday and Saturday to boost public scientific literacy and spark interest in science.
The program, themed "science and technology transform lives, innovation secures the future," will include interviews with renowned experts, skits and on-site visits.
It will highlight a selection of cases that reflect the characteristics of the times, have broad dissemination impact and serve as exemplary models, while also showcasing activities held during the inaugural National Science Popularization Month.
Produced by the China Association for Science and Technology and China Media Group, the program will air on CCTV-10.
