From Aug 1 to 24, Revolution Circus Show and Newbie — two groundbreaking Chinese circus productions — captivated audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Both shows offered an immersive experience, combining high-level acrobatics, rhythmic dance, and dramatic tension in a bold and imaginative fusion of art forms.
Throughout the festival's 24-day run, the productions thrilled audiences with a total of 42 performances, exploring the depths of the human spirit and the boundaries between cultures. At the heart of these performances was the stunning display of Chinese acrobatics — a true celebration of the country's intangible cultural heritage.
