Heavy floods in Gansu province kill 15, 28 missing

Floods caused by recent heavy rains in Yuzhong county, Gansu province, have claimed 15 people, left 28 people missing, and injured 15 others, local authorities said on Sunday. More than 30,000 people have been affected by the disaster.
