Performances included well-known pieces such as The Blue Danube and Canon, accompanied by a buffet service designed around the theme of memory and tradition.
Jia, the hotel's Chinese restaurant recognized by the Michelin Guide for six consecutive years, offered a set menu featuring reinterpreted classic dishes. The selection drew on both traditional recipes and contemporary culinary trends, highlighting changes in taste and presentation over the past decade.
