A whimsical new pop-up street recently opened to the public near the entrance of Mixc Mall in Lixia district, Jinan, drawing crowds of young visitors eager to explore and snap photos.

The themed block, named EcorePiazza, features 10 pop-up stores, all firsts in either Jinan or Shandong as a whole. With a dreamy Italian-inspired design, the space combines summer charm with imaginative details like chess pieces, birds, and crystal balls, creating a vibrant and visually captivating atmosphere.

Among them, five belong to chic lifestyle brands, including Jinan's debut of UNDERBOBO, REhi, and pokepet and Shandong's premier UODYCOCO and SLABFOTO.

The other five are tantalizing food and beverage brands. Jinan's first hotspot for Instagrammable ice cream, LUNEURS, has introduced a Jinan-exclusive flavor called "lime and grape", while Shandong's first-ever STRAWBELYCHOCO specializes in strawberry chocolate and Jinan's premier BeanStar offers a diverse selection of beverages at its boutique coffee shop. The bakery Asakura and the creative sushi restaurant REatery&Sushi are also quite popular.
