Sound bites

Culture really is part of everybody's life. If we understand and appreciate other people's culture or even our own culture, that would be beautiful. Because unless and until we appreciate other cultures, sometimes we won't understand why people behave or act differently from us. But when we understand, I think that's the enrichment that we can get, so that the world can be a more peaceful place to live in. We can all support each other. I believe this kind of forum can be a regular event. Because this is one of the many platforms (where) different people from different backgrounds can meet and learn from each other. I will definitely support the idea of conducting something like this in the future, whether it's here in Malaysia or elsewhere. I think it's a beautiful idea.
