The English version of the Hainan Free Trade Port One-stop Policy Enquiry Platform was launched on Saturday, coinciding with the fourth anniversary of the release of the Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade. This development marks a step toward greater accessibility and transparency for international stakeholders seeking to engage with the policies and initiatives of the Hainan FTP, said authorities.

Enterprises and individuals can enter the website portal of the platform through their mobile phone or computer browser or scan a QR code with their mobile phone. By clicking on the "English" button at the top left corner of the platform's homepage in Chinese, they'll transit to the English version, where they can explore a wealth of information, policies, and opportunities tailored for an international audience.

The English version draws on various aspects such as finance and taxation, trade, investment, transportation, and talent, providing a wide range of essential information, including original policies, core content summaries, supporting documents, conditions of use, application processes, policy interpretations, and real-world application cases. It aims to ensure that enterprises and individuals have all the necessary tools at their disposal to not only grasp the intricacies of the policies but also to effectively apply them to their specific needs.

The Chinese version of the platform debuted on November 15, 2023. With a repository that encompasses 38 key policies, 60 supporting documents, and 5,109 regulatory documents, the platform has emerged as a comprehensive, up-to-date hub for inquiries, consultations, and questions related to the free trade port's regulatory landscape, which empowers users to capitalize on the policy dividends of the Hainan FTP.
