Len Billing, son of Arthur William Billing, one of the Friends of Kuliang, died recently in the United States at the age of 103.
Kuliang, located on the outskirts of Fuzhou, Fujian province, was a summer resort for foreigners in the early 20th century. Since 1886, people from more than 20 countries built summer villas in Kuliang.
