China's State Council institution reform plan approved

BEIJING - China's national legislature on Friday approved a plan on reforming the institutions of the State Council.
The plan, which was submitted Tuesday to national lawmakers for deliberation, was passed at the third plenary meeting of the ongoing first session of the 14th National People's Congress.
