China's handmade birdcages in Danzhai county, Southwest China's Guizhou province, have become popular in domestic and overseas markets.
Kala village, Danzhai county, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture of Guizhou province is home to traditional birdcage makers, with over 400 years of history.
Local craftspeople continue to make innovations on the basis of their traditional birdcage-making skills.
