The wholesale volume of new energy passenger cars reached 246,000 vehicles in July, surging 202.9 percent from a year earlier, and the retail sales volume was 222,000 vehicles, jumping 169.4 percent year-on-year, according to the China Passenger Car Association.
Moreover, new energy passenger car wholesales hit 1.34 million vehicles in the first seven months, increasing 227.4 percent year-on-year, and retail sales volume hit 1.23 million vehicles, growing 210.2 percent year-on-year.
