'Sing or Spin': Music is the answer
Participants of the TV show, Sing or Spin, took part in a singing performance at a roadshow in Beijing on Dec 19, encouraging people to relieve pressure via immersion in music. The show, hosted by renowned TV anchor Xie Na and Taiwan singer-actor Show Lo, has been broadcast on Hunan Satellite TV channel every Friday since Oct 18.
It provides entertainers, including Taiwan singer Terry Lin, Chinese actor Pan Yueming, Chinese pop idol Wang Yibo and musical theater actor Zhou Jichen as well as ordinary people from all walks of life a chance to display their musical talent on a mechanically controlled platform that moves along a circular track set on the stage for at least 60 seconds.
The roadshow was attended by film and television personalities, education sector experts and media professionals, sharing their tips to tackle stress and negative emotions arising from stress in today's fast-paced society.
