Poetic scenes on Huaxi River

Every year from the end of October to November, it is the most charming time to see trees on Huaxi Golden Avenue, located on the banks of the Huaxi River in Guiyang, Guizhou province.

The tall, gorgeous plane trees pile up on the roads beside the river like something out of a poem. Under the trees, residents fish, exercise, ride bicycles, or just sit on the riverbank to watch the river ripple with green light and fallen leaves. Some art students come to sketch simple moments of leisure in a busy life.
