Zhu said all his students study hard and have made rapid progress.
“In the beginning, they disliked opening their mouths to speak out loudly,” he said. “After several classes, their practice became more and more fluent. Now I can easily find confidence on their faces.”
“After retirement in 2014, I began to learn English at the university and I have attended almost all the classes about English,” said Wang Hong, 59, a retired college professor in Harbin. “The new course is more vivid and interesting, providing us a whole new method to learn English.”
