Shanghai Disney introduces Marvel-themed products
Shanghai Disney Resort on Friday unveiled a number of Marvel-themed shows, food and drinks, as well as merchandise, marking the release of the studio's latest title, Avengers: Endgame.
An Avengers training initiative will give guests an opportunity to take part in an interactive training session with the film's heroes at the Pepsi E-Stage in Tomorrowland, Shanghai Disneyland.
Guests can also explore the park's Marvel Universe tent, where they can come face-to-face with their favorite superheroes and participate in a range of activities like learning to draw comics and the virtual Iron Man experience.
One restaurant in the park, the Stargazer Grill, has adopted a Marvel-themed decor and added new dishes to its menu, including an Avengers wagyu beef burger with bun, a Captain America soda float, plus collectible souvenirs like Avengers cups and souvenir straws complete with superhero figurines.
Other special merchandise includes superhero shirts, Iron Man hats and toys, and bags.
Avengers: Endgame debuted in China April 24 and is widely expected to record record-breaking box-office receipts its opening weekend.
