HEFEI - An international direct cargo flight has been launched between Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province and Vietnam's Hanoi, the Anhui Civil Airport Group Co. has said.
The flight, operated on a Boeing 737 cargo aircraft by Longhao Aviation Group, makes three round trips every week. It has a carrying capacity of 15 tonnes.
The launch of the flight will boost the transport efficiency between China's inland provinces and densely-populated regions in Southeast Asia, according to the airport group.
Hefei also launched a regular direct cargo flight to Chicago on Sept 21.
