Former Jiangsu official investigated for graft

BEIJING - Li Yunfeng, former executive vice governor of eastern China's Jiangsu Province, is under investigation on suspicion of taking bribes, the Supreme People's Procuratorate announced Friday.
Li, also a former member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China Jiangsu Provincial Committee, has been placed under "coercive measures," which may include summons by force, bail, residential surveillance, detention and arrest.
Further investigation is underway.
