Besides swimming and bicycling, paragliding is another workout that Li Jiaxin, a 69-year-old woman from Jilin city, Jilin province, enjoys. The septuagenarian, the oldest female paraglider in the country, has been practicing paragliding for almost 10 years. "I love the adventure of paragliding, but I won’t try any risky maneuvers as I don’t want to take any chance with safety," Li said. [Photo/VCG]
