The Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) will launch a variety of fashionable Olympic-licensed products shortly to offer the public a wider choice during the Spring Festival.

The products will mainly cover clothes, badges, toys, commodities and artworks and will be priced low to meet the needs of the middle- and low-end markets. Consumers will be able to purchase an Olympic badge and an Olympic mascot toy at around 20 and 30 yuan (app. US$2.6 and 3.9) respectively.

At present, BOCOG has established over 600 licensed stores in the country, 200-plus of which are located in Beijing.
